  • Multiple columns can now be selected for the following fields:
    • Address – Rather that just using the full street address, some MLS systems split apart all of the parts of an addresses into different columns (street number, street name, etc…). Dynamo MC will now let all of these columns be selected as address columns. These columns will then be combined together in the order that they occur in your data (from left to right) to form one complete address line.
    • Date Inactive – Some MLS systems use multiple different dates to indicate an listing has become inactive . For example, cancelled, terminated, and withdrawn dates all indicate that a property is no longer available on the market. Now you can specify all of these inactive dates without having to edit your data to combine them manually. If Dynamo MC finds multiple dates, the earliest date will be used.
    • Date Pending – Some MLS systems may also have multiple dates that indicate a listing has become a pending sale, and is now no longer open to offers. Now you can specify any pending dates without having to edit your data to combine them manually. If Dynamo MC finds multiple dates, the earliest date will be used.
  • Charts can now be exported to the workfile.
    • Added a feature to control which charts will be exported to the workfile (available in Options-Export).
